Growth Hacker + IA

We're looking for a Growth Hacker + AI to design, build, and optimize SmartPro's funnels and journeys from end to end. The ideal candidate will have a logical mindset, be able to build and optimize technical constructions, and have a growth hunger.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience building funnels/pages (Webflow/WordPress/HTML/goHighlevel or similar).
• Basic technical tracking (GTM/GA4/pixel).
• Experience with email marketing and automations (ActiveCampaign or similar).
• Comfort with tech tools: forms, simple integrations, links, QA.
• Logical and structured thinking (like 'if A happens, then B executes').
• High attention to detail + Quality Control discipline (checklists, tests, no improvisation).
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow processes (SOPs).
