Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails)

We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Backend Focus) to join a talented international team and contribute to the development of a scalable platform that connects families with educational providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails in main projects in recent years (not only side projects)
• Strong track record building and scaling large, complex products (high concurrency, millions of users, critical integrations)
• Expertise in performance optimization, architecture design, and scalability
• Experience leading projects or technical teams in e-commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale digital platforms
• General frontend knowledge (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Advanced English (C1 or higher, mandatory): you will work closely with international stakeholders
• Current residence in Argentina (mandatory)
