Senior Finance Lead

DMG Entertainment is seeking a Senior Finance Lead to modernize financial operations, improve reporting and cash flow visibility, and introduce smarter systems and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate will combine solid U.S. compliance knowledge with a proactive mindset and the ability to help the business scale more effectively.

Requirements

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting
• Ensure strong compliance with U.S. financial regulations and standards
• Provide guidance and direction to bookkeepers and other finance support staff
• Improve and modernize financial processes
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered and finance technology tools
• Help design scalable accounting and finance processes
• Present financial insights and recommendations clearly to company leadership and key stakeholders
• Assess the operational and compliance implications of adopting new AI and financial tools
