Job Description
Workana is looking for a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to work on AI-native consulting and implementation projects for mid-market and enterprise clients. The role involves owning delivery, designing, building, and hardening AI-enabled products for real clients. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in building production software, hands-on Gen-AI experience, and strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years building production software across front-end and back-end.
- Hands-on Gen-AI experience in real products (not just experiments).
- Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Clear communicator who can explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
- Comfortable working embedded with a client team.
