Job Description
We're seeking a Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead a high-impact team that accelerates pipeline and improves presales execution quality across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing demo and POC development, RFI/RFP response management, and demo lab environment health. The ideal candidate is a technically strong, operationally minded leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering, storytelling, and sales enablement.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in presales, solutions consulting, or technical sales engineering
- Hands-on experience building and delivering enterprise software demos and POCs
- Proven experience managing RFP/RFI processes at scale
