Accounts Payable Assistant

The Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant is responsible for processing and monitoring all company payments, ensuring that vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time. This role requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an understanding of financial workflows and internal controls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
• Familiarity in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
• Excellent accuracy, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and vendors simultaneously
• Understanding of internal controls and audit procedures
