Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management roles
• Experience managing the sales process with limited supervision
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deals at the same time
• Coachable mindset with a balance of independence and collaboration
