We are seeking a motivated Physician Recruiter with a proven entrepreneurial spirit and high-level recruitment experience to acquire new locum & perm physicians/providers and create relationships with clients and physicians/providers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience of successful Healthcare Recruiting
• Physician & APP sourcing (recruiting) experience is highly preferred
• Effective negotiation skills
• Strong phone skills
• College level education or equivalent experience desired
