Principal Data Analyst, Pricing

We're seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious, data-driven, technical, and business-oriented Principal Analyst to lead pricing analysis and execution for Workhuman's E-commerce store.

Requirements

• Lead pricing analysis and decision support across the e-commerce store
• Design, execute, and analyze pricing tests; measure impact and iterate based on results
• Evaluate how adjacent levers (e.g., promotions, product ranking and exposure) interact with pricing to influence revenue and profitability
• Define pricing logic and translate decisions into implemented changes within pricing systems and tools
• Monitor pricing performance and business outcomes, surfacing insights and refining approaches over time
• Build and maintain data models and dashboards to enable self-service insights and ongoing visibility into pricing performance
