We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to partner with internal and client teams on the design and evolution of large-scale digital platforms, including high-traffic websites, ecommerce experiences, and connected digital products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a designer in a creative agency or similar environment, with a strong focus on digital work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong digital design fundamentals, including UX/UI best practices and responsive systems.
- Strong ability to elevate experience quality through detail, consistency, and refinement.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for concept generation and exploration, visual and layout experimentation, image and asset generation
- Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) with experience applying standards directly within design files, components, component states (focus, hover, error, disabled, etc.) and interactions.
- Ability to manage time, process, and workflow independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Highly organized and comfortable working collaboratively across disciplines, agency teams, and client teams.
- Experience using modern design-to-development tooling, including Dev Mode and AI plugins in Figma, Zeplin, or similar platforms, to generate precise specs, automate tasks, support design systems, and enable seamless design-to-code handoff.
- Proven ability to reduce friction between design and development by leveraging AI-powered creation, clear documentation, and collaborative workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and build quality.
