Job Description
As a Graduate Building Surveyor at Workman, you'll assist an experienced team in delivering a range of Building Surveying services across commercial properties, working with clients such as Threadneedle and BlackRock. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, develop confidence, and work on a variety of projects with a mix of professional and contract work.
Requirements
- RICS Accredited Degree for the Building Surveying Pathway with honors at lower second standard (2:2) or equivalent
- GCSE grade 4 (or C) or above in English and mathematics
