- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design and architecture skills.
- Proven experience in AI/ML integration or productionizing machine learning models at scale.
- Deep expertise in DevSecOps, cloud security, and automation (AWS/GCP or Kubernetes or IaC).
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java/Python.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and mentorship capabilities.
