Feed Mill Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Feed Mill Supervisor to oversee and optimize feed production operations for our poultry and livestock unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the entire feed manufacturing process, from raw material intake, formulation, and grinding to batching, mixing, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate all feed milling activities
• Monitor and control the operation of two-ton hammer mills and associated machinery
• Implement and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Conduct routine checks to ensure feed quality conforms to nutritional specifications and hygiene standards
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, feed production, and product dispatch
• Lead, train, and supervise feed mill staff across shifts to meet production goals
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations governing feed milling operations
