Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Software Development to lead the execution of our Client technology strategy in Nigeria. This role is responsible for delivery, compliance, security, and scaling of digital financial platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Masters preferred)
- 8-12+ years in senior technology roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Tech)
- Strong background in fintech, payments, or digital banking platforms
- Proven experience with large-scale, high-availability systems
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian fintech regulations (CBN/NIBSS)
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
