Job Description
This role is responsible for effectively managing the human resources of the company to optimize productivity, profitability, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM)
- 10+ years experience in Human Resources Practice in Palm Plantation.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of employees and industrial relations
- Extensive knowledge of government regulations and policies.
- Ability to maintain complete and accurate records and statistics and to develop meaningful reports from that information.
- Ability to exercise considerable tact and courtesy in frequent contact with the public.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as necessitated by work assignments.
