Job Description
The Client service Representative job is a permanent position based on an anticipated schedule of 35-40 hours per week, Sunday-Sunday. Staff members are needed to have adaptability to work any of our 8-hour shift timetables throughout our typical organization hours of 5:00 am-10:00 pm local time.
Requirements
- Respond to inbound calls from customers on problems related to gain eligibility questions and prescribed standing inquiries
- Manual and inform customers on their prescription advantages, use of planning, formulary, superiors, and status of purchases and cases or questions
- Determine concerns and communicate solutions and actions to consumers, pharmacies, and doctors with prescription purchases and reorders
- Make outbound calls to clients on prescription orders and payment concerns
