Job Description
Work as first point of contact to customer questions, providing thorough information on available services that align with demands, helping the customer in making informed choices.
Requirements
- BA/BS or Associates Degree and two years' experience or equivalent combination
- Previous experience working in a call center atmosphere
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and navigate multiple priorities
