Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide professional, proactive, and confidential support to the Global Chief Financial Officer and other executive team members, including tasks such as preparing presentations, managing meetings, and planning travel and events.
Requirements
- Provide professional, proactive, and confidential support to the Global Chief Financial Officer and other executive team members
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
- Manage meetings, including research, preparation, note-taking, and follow-up
- Identify and coordinate events for the executive team
- Plan and book travel for the executive team
- Support investor relationships
