Part Time - Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Administrative Support III. The position provides administrative support to an integrated Adult Detox and Crisis Recovery Unit, a non-medical 14 bed facility that admits individuals 24 hours a day/7 days a week to assist them safely through the process of detoxing from alcohol or other drugs.

Requirements

• Uses spreadsheets or databases to organize information and produce standard reports
• Prepares a variety of complex disbursement forms
• Compiles and maintains reports and financial statements
• Greets visitors and maintains and administers appropriate safety procedures
• Sets up accounts and reconciles ledgers
• Verifies request for goods and services against County contracts and funding sources
• Orders goods or services and follows-up/resolves discrepancies and ensures delivery
• Establishes and maintains a system for tracking the progress of work
• Trains new employees and provides relevant policies and procedures
• Schedules and cancels appointments and maintains calendars
• Types complex documents and proofreads for spelling and grammar
• Conducts tasks associated with payroll processing and maintains attendance and leave tracking records
• Coordinates Family and Medical Leave and provides training to new users
