Job Description
This shop technician role focuses on driving new business opportunities in the North Eastern US through service quality and customer relations. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, sales calls, tool maintenance, and ensuring compliance with ISO/API QHSE standards. The role requires both hands-on operational tasks and direct interaction with the District Manager.
Requirements
- Drive WOS efforts in the North Eastern USA to promote and pursue new business opportunities
- Promote and develop a culture of superior service quality
- Ensure that service quality is maintained during operations
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Perform sales calls when necessary
- Mount, install, align, and secure tools
- Operation Monitoring
- Mounting, installation, alignment, and securing of tools
- Inspection of products or processes
- Stop machines to remove finished work pieces
