Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Counsellor to join our clinical team in Indonesia. The successful candidate will engage with participants over the phone, video, chat & email, providing emotional support with a warm and empathic approach.
Requirements
- Provide single session telephonic and video counselling
- Assess clients thoroughly to ensure appropriateness for short-term counselling
- Manage high risk calls and refer clients to external resources or within WPO
- Collaboratively develop clear and concise treatment plans for clients
