Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or similar HR role
- Experience supporting employees across multiple Canadian provinces
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as Zoho People or similar systems
