As a Recruiter at Workrate, you will play a crucial role in attracting the best talents for our organization. You will proactively search and approach strong candidates, thoroughly evaluate them, and conduct professional selection interviews.

Requirements

• Skilled in the use of recruitment systems (mainly Recruitee)
• Proven track record in sourcing and hunting candidates via various platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• Result-oriented, energetic, and a true team player
• Excellent proficiency in the Dutch language
