Toezichthouder/ Servicemedewerker Openbaar Vervoer

We are looking for a Regulatory Officer/ Service Officer for public transport in Amsterdam. You will contribute to a safe and pleasant travel experience for passengers, working on the metro and tram lines. You will be responsible for guiding and informing passengers, intervening in unsafe situations, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Good command of Dutch and English
• Living in Amsterdam
• Availability of at least 2 days a week
• Willingness to follow courses/training, such as BHV and Safety Along the Road
• Availability of a Certificate of Good Behaviour (VOG)
