Requirements

• Strong problem solver
• Expertise in AI engineering, LLM, closed-domain QA/dialogue system, RAG, Information retrieval, knowledge base, and other speech/text/NLP-related fields
• Prototyping AI applications with hands-on muscles (0-1)
• Systematically tweaking a production system to perform better to business goals (1-100)
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional roles in English and Chinese
