Engineering Manager

Role Overview

WorkWhile is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our growing Engineering team. You'll manage and mentor a small team while staying hands-on with architecture and technical strategy.

What You Will Do

Drive execution on key product initiatives and outcomes, lead and grow a small team of engineers, and work with leadership to align engineering priorities with company-wide OKRs.
