
Job description
We are looking for a software engineer to lead the design and deployment of AI-powered automation and intelligence within our platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering, focusing on applying LLMs and AI agents to streamline operational workflows, improve worker-employer matching, and enhance the overall user experience.
Collaborate with founders, sales, design and other engineers to propose and implement solutions for our users - workers and businesses. Build, ship and iterate on LLM-backed product features and internal evals to continually ensure quality. Build, ship and iterate on LLM-backed agentic workflows, leveraging tools, resources, etc.
Experience building and deploying AI applications in production. Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and APIs. Understanding of AI infrastructure optimization and improving performance and output quality of LLM systems. Passion for using AI to solve real-world problems and improving economic opportunities for hourly workers.
