ECP Spring 2026 – Media, Communities and Events, Greater China

The World Economic Forum is seeking an Early Career Professional (ECP) to join its Media, Communities and Events team in Beijing. The role involves research, community-building, innovation ecosystems, and strategic projects that support the Forum's work in Greater China.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Liberal Arts, or any field where you cultivated a systems-thinking and innovative mindset.
• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English; other languages, particularly French and/or German, an asset
• Proactive networker & researcher – you are not afraid to reach out to people, conduct deep-dive research, and connect dots across disparate information sources.
• Project-savvy & organized – you can manage multiple streams of work, and drive tasks to completion with autonomy.
• Exceptional communicator – able to articulate complex ideas simply, both in writing and verbally.
