We are looking for an Aircraft Refueling Operator to join our team at World Fuel! As an Aviorifornitore, you will play a crucial role in the success of our aviation business.

Requirements

• Perform the scheduled professional training
• Wear all mandatory PPE
• Refuel aircraft in accordance with World Fuel Services' safety procedures, airport authorities, and customers' procedures
• Take custody of the depot at opening and complete related documentation
• Perform all quality controls (e.g. draining the tanks of the refueling vehicles and their filters)
• Perform all quality controls on fixed installations at the depot (e.g. tanks, loading filters, and reception filters) and complete all related documentation
• Prevent any product leaks/losses and use the necessary means to contain them when necessary
• Check the storage yards and vehicles according to the processes in place (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, etc.)
• Ensure good maintenance of the equipment entrusted to you
• Take into consideration flight schedules and client requests and ensure refueling according to procedures while performing quality controls
• Be able to move around the airport and know the location of the parking lots, flight destination, registration, and different types of aircraft, and tax treatments
• Perform calculations and collections in the event of non-credit refueling
• Be aware and attentive to the different types of fuels that may be requested (JET A1, AVGAS, etc.) and types of refueling (with a coupled or pistol) + complete and have the customer sign the confirmation document of the type of fuel request in case of overfilling
• Complete the delivery document (delivery note) and/or enter information into the current operating system and related electronic devices
• Receive delivery trucks (tanker trucks), check documents, verify product quality and quantity, and complete all related documents
• Manage delivery notes and related documents (daily delivery reports, inventory management, fuel assignments to each tank) and make the necessary takes in charge
• Ensure that Health and Safety are maintained and respected at all times, including internal policies and the 'zero incidents' philosophy
• Report to a superior any incidents or near misses (Near Miss) or non-conformity with HSSE procedures and/or unusual events and produce necessary reports
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of various vehicles and refueling equipment (e.g. washing interior and exterior), and report any anomalies
• When necessary, fill up fuel or energy for various vehicles and equipment of the company
