Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Dallas. The role involves building relationships with customers, communicating quote rates and service capabilities, and ensuring customer location and contact information is up to date. High school diploma required, college degree preferred, with 1+ year trucking industry experience.
Requirements
- Communicating quote rates and service capabilities
- Processing orders as they arrive
- Providing information on shipment status, anticipated service failures, new pick-up and delivery times, and alternative solutions
- Gathering feedback, identify trends, and bringing new ideas to improve the customer experience
- Entering time-sensitive order information accurately into computer systems
- Responding to questions and requests as quickly as possible
