Job Description
World Group is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join their team in Columbus, OH. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for the local customer experience at the trucking terminal, building and nurturing relationships with warehouses and vendors, and acting as a liaison between the terminal operations team and customer-facing team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College Degree preferred
- 1+ year trucking industry experience preferred
- Highly organized individual with great communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with heavy email/phone/messaging volume
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Transportation Management Systems
