Client Services Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Services Associate to support our financial advisors with daily operational and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth client experience.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client service role (preferred)
• Strong understanding of investment accounts, custodial platforms, or advisor support operations (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
