Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative

The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business, providing excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers
