Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative

The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business, providing excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements

• Support lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team-member
• Order loss runs
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers
