The Senior Client Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and strategic planning, providing excellent customer service leadership and representing client needs within the organization. This position involves evaluating exposures, obtaining quotes, reviewing and finalizing quotes, and creating solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Functional knowledge of Excel, including creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas and working within templates
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to solve difficult problems and develop short- and long-term strategies
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
