Job Description
Lead client service for personal lines clients, including evaluating exposures, making coverage recommendations, and utilizing comparative rater tool to obtain quotes. Utilize EPIC to set up and maintain account details, process renewals, and create standard communications to clients and carriers.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
- State Property & Casualty insurance license
- Functional knowledge of Excel
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail
