Distribution Center Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager, our ideal candidate will be supporting the Director of Operations by being the primary leader responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of our distribution center. Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of all inbound and outbound departments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience managing multiple DC functions
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools
• Successful track record of managing facility culture, e.g. motivation, team engagement, coaching
• Proficiency in material handling equipment and distribution processes
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Outstanding analytical skills
