Job Description
The Team Lead is responsible for directing associates on daily work assignments and performing direct job functions within the department. The Team Lead will work in a positive and motivating manner, coach and train associates, and partner with Managers and Supervisors regarding policy violations.
Requirements
- Ability to accurately enter data into the warehouse management system
- Certified to operate required material handling equipment
- Detailed knowledge of multiple areas within the distribution center
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be detailed oriented
- Able to work with others in a positive manner and in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to utilize RF, AS400, and/or warehouse management systems
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good oral and written communication skills
