Store Manager

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales and profitability goals. As a leader, you'll model a customer-first selling culture, provide leadership, and foster a culture of recognition and accountability. You'll also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performance team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture
• Leadership skills including excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and sound decision-making skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Minimum Age 21 years
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
