Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of World Mobile’s digital marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working in a digital marketing or demand-gen role
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Experience with Meta, X and TikTok Ads Managers
- Strong mix of both creative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
- Growth mindset, pushing the boundaries and not just adhering to the status quo
- Impeccable levels of organisation and attention to detail
- A passion for World Mobile’s vision and values
