Server Assistant

WORLD SPA is a Brand New Spa & Restaurant concept in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking talented, dedicated, and enthusiastic team members to become part of the Grand Opening of New York City’s premiere, largest, and most diverse Spa Destination in a class by itself located in the heart of Brooklyn.

Requirements

• Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver condiments and drinks as needed.
• Refill beverages as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and polite manner.
• Promptly and professionally, handle guest issues and communicate problems and concerns to servers and management.
• Demonstrate proper table service and full knowledge of the menu and table layout
• Supports services staff with arranging tables for large parties when needed
• Pre-buss tables.
• Clean and reset dirty tables.
• Perform various duties to ensure health and sanitation of dining area and server alley including e.g. cleaning floors
• Maintain a clean and organized server alley and expo area.
• Stock ice and glassware on the server line.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the floor manager or immediate supervisor
• Assist and communicate clearly with the kitchen staff and front of the house staff.
