Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using automated social media management, social listening, and reporting platforms
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in social media copywriting
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and interpret dashboards and automated reports
• Experience managing high-volume community interactions using structured workflows and escalation protocols
• Working knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media copy and discoverability
