Join our team as a Community Development Facilitator (Nutrition & School Feeding) and help vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. With 75 years of experience, our focus is on transforming life stories of children in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.
Requirements
- At least 2-year experience in similar role in food and cash project
- Experience in working closely with Food/Cash professionals is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Good knowledge in food programming
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with a variety of stakeholders including staff, community members, donors and local authorities
- Proven project facilitation skill
- Good time management and organizing skill
- Demonstrate collaboration skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Some level of travel is expected. Frequent visit to project areas
- Good command in English and report writing
