Job Description
Community Mobilizer will lead community engagement and awareness activities to support anticipatory action interventions in flood- and conflict-affected areas of Maguindanao, BARMM.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in community mobilization, participatory planning, or humanitarian/development projects
- Experience working in conflict-affected or disaster-prone areas, preferably in BARMM
- Familiarity with anticipatory action, disaster preparedness, or resilience programming
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Disaster Risk Management, or related field
- Diploma or certification in community engagement or humanitarian response
