Join our passionate Supporter Engagement team in Marketing & Engagement and build lasting relationships with our supporters. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service via phone, chat, email, and post, research supporter history, promote campaigns, and resolve queries. Requirements
- 2â3 years' experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or fundraising environment
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Energized by phone-based work and can maintain focus throughout the day
- Highly reliable and committed to their work
- Calm, positive attitude that contributes to a healthy team culture
- Strong attention to detail and can work confidently across multiple digital systems
- Thinks on their feet and is naturally solutions-focused
