Field Facilitator - FF2T Project (From Floating Farm to Table: Enhancing Food Security and Climate Adaptation in Indigenous Communities of South Papua Province)

Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization seeking a Field Facilitator for the FF2T Project in Asmat, Indonesia. The successful candidate will support community development programs focused on children and families, and provide guidance to the community in identifying problems faced by children, determining program implementation priorities, and making plans for disaster risk reduction and sponsorship programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in humanitarian programs
• Experience in building coordination between government institutions and humanitarian organizations at the district and regency levels
• Ability to communicate in local languages and English
• Skills in facilitating and building interpersonal relationships
• Analytical thinking skills and critical thinking
• Understanding of community development and mobilization concepts
