Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to provide strategic financial oversight and lead the preparation of the support cost budget. The role involves analyzing expenditure trends, coordinating with donors, and ensuring grant compliance. The Finance Manager will also lead the finance team and oversee local partnering processes.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in finance with a medium business, NGO, or government agency
- 5 years of experience in finance management
- Experience with major donor regulations (US, UK, Canada Governments, GOG, EC/ECHO, UN agencies)
- Experience with humanitarian aid in-country
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- MBA or MSC in finance/accounting/auditing preferred
