Requirements
- Develop a monthly work plan, setting goals for each collaborator aligned with the branch's objectives.
- Perform analysis and strategic planning for capturing new clients, with punctual follow-up on relocation cases.
- Hold weekly meetings with the entire branch team to review the monthly plan progress regarding renewals, new groups, and PAR percentage.
- Prepare and send reports on results and indicators.
- Follow up on audit observations to correct them.
- Participate in the credit committee to ensure approved credits adhere to established policies.
- Review the Mambu report to ensure correct assignment and estimated portfolio at closure.
- Send daily reports on the progress of branch closure fichas in different WhatsApp groups.
- Review the email of placement and approved credits daily to monitor progress against the target and, in the case of rejections, review the reason and solve it.
- Hold formalization meetings with groups with balances over $300,000 or relocations.
- Follow up on the branch's labor climate, identifying conflicts between collaborators and solving them.
- Conduct a monthly integration activity where all branch members participate.
- Identify the needs of the personnel and program at least one training session per month to capacitate the personnel on the needs detected.
- Design strategies for retaining personnel with the goal of not exceeding 20% annual turnover.
