Job Description
Join our Talent Pipeline to contribute to donor-funded initiatives as the Chief of Party / Project Director. This role involves strategic direction, technical guidance, financial stewardship, and stakeholder engagement for large-scale development and humanitarian programmes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience managing large, complex, donor-funded international development or humanitarian programmes
- Strong team and partnership leadership
- Excellent communication, representation, and relationship-building skills
- Comprehensive management expertise across financial oversight, HR, procurement, compliance, operations, and risk mitigation
- University degree in humanitarian, development, international relations, public administration, or relevant field
