Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economic, certification in HRD, Economics, Legal, Leadership or Organizational Development
- Minimum 5-year of human resource experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
- Solid experience in compensation and benefits, labor law compliance, L&D, and organizational development.
